This invention relates to a
fully automatic integrated
machine for primary
processing of basa fish, belonging to the field of fish primary
processing equipment technology. It solves the problems of low
automation levels, lack of dedicated equipment, poor adaptability of general-purpose equipment, uncontrollable gutting depth leading to fish meat
contamination, and incomplete or damaged skinning; low efficiency and significant damage to fish meat due to fragmented multi-stage
processing; and cross-
contamination between viscera, head,
tail, and finished product collection. A synchronous
belt conveyor clamping device is horizontally mounted on the frame, with two sets of synchronous belt conveyors arranged side-by-side to form a clamping and conveying area, stably clamping the fish during transport. The processing device is sequentially equipped along the conveying direction with viscera removal, head and
tail removal, back opening, skinning, and collection devices, enabling continuous automated viscera removal, head and
tail removal, back opening, skinning, and finished product collection for basa fish. This invention achieves
fully automated primary processing of basa fish, significantly improving processing efficiency,
operational safety, and product reliability.
