Problems solved by technology

Due to the limitation of test conditions, the performance research of ships in ice regions has not been widely carried out in China
Therefore, the ice test of the freezing model of the ice water tank has only been carried out by some foreign ice water tank laboratories, and the self-propulsion test of the ship model in the ice area has not been really carried out in China so far.
The non-freezing model ice test of the conventional towed pool cannot be widely promoted because of the randomness of the measurement results.

Embodiment Construction

[0041] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0042]The present invention relates to a method of ice-breaking test in actual waters of ships. The specific steps of the method include: 1) Opening up two waters whose length and width are respectively 50m and 10m in the planned test area on the river surface, and building accommodating test equipment and experimenter's laboratory. 2) Fix the two towline mechanisms at one end of the ice channel respectively, adjust the ship model to the marked ballast waterline at the other end (that is, the adjustment area), and arrange, connect and debug the test equipment. 3) According to the requirements of the test conditions, the towing cable mechanism drags the ship model to move at a constant speed, and the open water resistance of the ship model in still water is measured. 4) Carry out the ice-breaking resistance test under flat ice conditions, and measure the total resistan...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of ship manufacturing, and specially relates to a method for a ship ice-breaking test in real water area. The method comprises the steps that (1), two water areas are formed in a planned test area on the river surface, wherein the length and the width of each water area are 50 m and 10 m correspondingly, and a laboratory containing test equipment and testers is built; (2), two cable towing mechanisms are fixed to one end of an ice tunnel correspondingly, a ship module is adjusted to a marked ballast waterline at the other end, and arrangement, connection and debugging of the test equipment are conducted; and (3), the cable towing mechanisms tow the ship module to move at a constant speed, and open-water resistance and the like of the ship module in still water are measured. The method is applied to resistance tests of the ship module in a level ice zone and a broken ice zone, a self-propulsion test of the ship module and the like, and can accurately measure parameters, such as total resistance, resistance components, sinkage, trim, propeller thrust and torque and main motor power, of the ship module when the ship module sails in the ice zones.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of shipbuilding, and in particular relates to a method for ice-breaking tests in real water areas of ships. Background technique [0002] In recent years, with the gradual warming of the global temperature, the flat ice cover area around the Arctic has gradually decreased at a rate of about 6% per year, and it is very likely that there will be no ice in summer in the near future. Commercial navigation has become possible, and resource exploration and exploitation activities in the Arctic and Antarctic are becoming more and more active. At the same time, the political, military, and biomedical values of the North and South Poles have also attracted the attention of countries all over the world. Accompanied by increasing polar disputes, many countries have successively formulated corresponding Arctic and South Pole strategies and put forward sovereignty claims. Polar issues have become an important aspect o...
