This application relates to a gridded method for pattern making of a two-piece shirt collar. The method includes: determining the collar circumference and collar height based on the style of the two-piece shirt; using half of the collar circumference as the collar width, and forming vertical lines 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 based on the collar width; forming horizontal lines 1, 2, 3, and 4 based on the back collar height of the under collar, the back collar height of the outer collar, and the amount of space; drawing a right collar pattern based on the grid formed by the horizontal lines 1, 2, 3, 4, 1, 2, 3, 4, 4, 5, and vertical lines; and forming the collar pattern of the two-piece shirt based on the symmetry between the right and left collar patterns. This application at least overcomes the technical problem of high randomness and low accuracy in existing two-piece shirt collar pattern making methods.
