electric field technology. The fresh-keeping storehouse comprises a storehouse body, a
kiwi fruit placing
system, a low-temperature refrigerating
system and a low-
voltage electrostatic field generating device, and further comprises a multi-dimensional intelligent
sensing system, a central
control unit and a self-adaptive regulation and control execution module. The
sensing system covers each area of the goods shelf through an integrated sensing unit, and synchronously detects the temperature and
humidity, the
ethylene concentration, the fruit
hardness and the
field intensity; the central
control unit is internally provided with a multi-parameter
coupling algorithm, a PID
temperature control sub-
algorithm, a
field intensity regulation and control sub-
algorithm and a prediction model, and a
refrigeration and electrostatic field
system is cooperatively scheduled; and the self-adaptive module realizes dehumidification,
electric field partition correction and
ethylene purification. According to the control method, a
closed loop is formed through
data acquisition, state evaluation, cooperative adjustment and dynamic feedback. The method is free of chemical residues, high in
electric field uniformity and suitable for large-scale storage, the fresh-keeping period of
kiwi fruits is effectively prolonged, and the intact fruit rate of the kiwi fruits is effectively increased.
