The method comprises the following steps: by taking scrap copper as a raw material; analyzing the component characteristics of each batch of raw material, and then preparing into a mixture, wherein the mass percent of a copper element in the mixture is greater than or equal to 93%; adding metaphosphate or phosphorus pentoxide and flux to the mixture; refining by oxidation; stewing and drossing after oxidation is finished, and then orderly carrying out reduction refining and refining agent refining under an agitation state, so as to obtain the high-purity oxygen-free copper of which the copper content is greater than or equal to 99.95% and the oxygen content is smaller than 0.003%, wherein the electrical resistivity of the obtained copper wire after drawing is below 0.017241omega/(mm), and the relative electrical conductivity is over 100% of International annealed copper standard (IACS). The method is strong in flexibility, significant in refining effect, and applicable to different components of scrap copper materials; the scrap copper can be used for directly making a rod after being refined. Compared with the traditional pyrogenic process smelting-electrolytic refining-copper cathode purification process, the method disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that the flow is shortened, the cost is reduced, the energy is saved, and continuous operation is achieved.

According to the method disclosed by the invention, various substances having antibacterial activity, such as the rhizoma kaempferiae essential oil, the rhizoma alpiniae officinarum essential oil, the fresh ginger essential oil, and chitosan are used as fresh keeping agents. The method comprises the following steps of selecting fruits, performing disinfection, performing air drying for the first time, performing film coating, performing air drying for the second time, and performing packaging. The invention relates to a complete method for identifying and screening heat-resistant bottle gourd stocks, which belongs to the field of biology. Rapid screening of heat-resistant materials for variety breeding is based on establishment of a reliable heat resistance identification method. The natural field identification method is susceptible to environment and unable to accurately screen target materials. Therefore, inventing a complete method for rapidly and accurately identifying bottle gourd stock heat resistance by artificial stressing and statistical means is urgent. According to the technical scheme, the complete method includes: using bottle gourd high-temperature seeds to sprout and testing electric conductivity in the seedling stage; calculating identification indexes, namely relative germination rate (40-45 DEG C/30-35 DEG C), relative germination index (40-45 DEG C/30-35 DEG C) and relative electric conductivity (6h/0h); and identifying and screening the bottle gourd seeds by the clustering function of software SPSS13.0. The complete method is simpler in operation flow, consumes less time, is lower in cost, and can be used for identifying heat resistance of the bottle gourd stock material more quickly, more accurately and more conveniently.

The membranes of poplar leaf cells are destroyed in high-salt condition, destruction degrees of cell membranes with different salinity tolerance are different, the more serious the destruction degree, the more the exudate in the cells; the destruction degrees of leaf cell membranes are judged on the basis of the relative conductivity of the isolated leaves in saline solution, thus judging genetypes of poplar with different salinity tolerance. The relative conductivity of the isolated leaves which are processed a certain time in high saline solution can rapidly and precisely reflect the salinity tolerance of the genetypes. By using the appraising technology, the salinity tolerance potential of the genetypes can be precisely judged by processing the leaves under certain salt concentration for 6-12min, thus saving labor and time, and having extremely high working efficiency and very wide application prospect.
