MQTT in a second-level period, performing structured storage and integrity
verification by using a
time sequence database, performing pressure attenuation rate, hydraulic energy efficiency and energy efficiency degradation analysis, constructing a comprehensive steady-state offset index Lcx to perform state stability evaluation, automatically generating maintenance information of different priorities, and performing
maintenance management on the hydraulic energy efficiency index Lcx. Triggering maintenance work
order scheduling and emergency disposal; after maintenance is completed, a maintenance log is generated and stored in the
knowledge base. According to the method, closed-loop management of the hydraulic
system from real-time monitoring, anomaly recognition and comprehensive evaluation to maintenance execution and knowledge accumulation is achieved, and the safety, maintenance efficiency and reliability of the forklift hydraulic system are improved.
