This invention provides a fully mechanized mining face communication
system, a fully mechanized mining face communication method, and a
virtual device. The
system includes a controller, sensors, a
proxy server, and a mining face
server. A
wireless subnet is established based on the controller, sensors, and
proxy server, allowing information that the controller and sensors need to transmit to the mining face
server to be transmitted via the
proxy server. The controller includes at least a support controller, a
coal mining
machine controller, an operating
remote control, and a scraper conveyor controller. Because the fully mechanized mining face communication
system integrates multiple control devices, it can form a highly integrated fully mechanized mining face communication system. Furthermore, by establishing a
wireless subnet based on the controller, sensors, and proxy
server, with each proxy server responsible for the control devices within a certain area, the problem of high
signal attenuation at the mining face is effectively alleviated, thereby significantly improving the
automation and intelligence level of fully mechanized
coal mining operations.
