A lighting controller of a lighting device for a vehicle includes M (M is an integer of one or more) switching regulators for supplying driving currents to first to Nth (N is an integer of one or more) semiconductor light sources; first to Nth current driving portions; a temperature detector; and a control circuit. The first to Nth current driving portions include first to Nth current detecting portions connected to the semiconductor light sources and serving to detect the driving currents respectively; and first to Nth switching portions connected to the semiconductor light sources respectively. The first to Nth current driving portions operates the switching portions corresponding to magnitudes of the driving currents detected by the current detecting portions respectively. The temperature detector detects a temperature and sends a temperature detecting signal when the detected temperature is equal to or higher than a pre-specified temperature. The control circuit controls the current driving means in order to decrease the driving currents to be supplied to the semiconductor light sources upon receipt of the temperature detecting signal. The control circuit sets a priority of each of the semiconductor light sources for decreasing the driving current and decreases the driving current in order from the semiconductor light source having a highest priority.

The invention discloses a room-temperature adjustable sub-Terahertz wave detector and a preparation method. A graphene field effect transistor with high migration rate and adjustable carrier concentration is taken as a basic structure unit, and the field effect transistor is provided with a group of source and drain electrodes and cleavage grid electrodes of a sub-Terahertz wave coupled antenna. The detector is integrated with log-periodic antennas and corresponding feed electrodes on a sapphire substrate; the detector is provided with a graphene conducting channel transferred in an antenna distance; an aluminum oxide gate dielectric layer is arranged on the graphene conducting channel, and finally the cleavage grid electrodes and the corresponding lead electrodes are integrated on the aluminum oxide gate dielectric layer of the graphene conducting channel, so that adjustable sub-Terahertz wave detection is realized. The detector has the advantages that the detector is an adjustable lightguide-like and photovoltaic-like detector with high speed, wide band and high response; and the integration level, technical maturity and repeatability of the device lay the foundation of large-scale application of Terahertz detectors.

Catalyst for lightening tar by catalytic pyrolysis and preparation method of catalyst

At present, tar generated in most of coal pyrolysis processes has the shortcoming of having high yield of heavy components. Due to the heavy components in the tar, the grade and the value of a tar product are reduced and a series of problems of dust entrainment, pipeline blockage, difficulty in high-temperature air-solid separation, high subsequent treatment cost and the like can be caused in the pyrolysis process due to high viscosity of the heavy components. Pyrolysis tar can be lightened by adopting a process in which the direct catalyzing and conditioning are carried out on high-temperature pyrolysis gas. The tar lightening can be remarkably facilitated by an Al-Mg-Ni-O catalyst provided by the invention. The catalyst comprises the following components by weight percent: 1%-10% of NiO, 10%-20% of MgO and the balance being a gamma-Al2O3 carrier. After the high-temperature pyrolysis coal gas is catalyzed and reformed by the catalyst, the contents of the heavy components in the tar product are reduced and the yields of BTX (benzene toluene xylene) and PCX (phenol cresol xylenol) are greatly increased. Meanwhile, the catalyst has the advantages of low price, good heat stability, carbon deposition resistance and the like.
