A service provider (SP) provides organizations with consulting, legal, real estate, communications, storage, processing. Although a service provider can be an organizational sub-unit, it is usually a third party or outsourced supplier, including telecommunications service providers (TSPs), application service providers (ASPs), storage service providers (SSPs), and internet service providers (ISPs). A more traditional term is service bureau (esp. 1960s to 1980s).

Fine-tuning system for large language models trained for open-ended domain-specific tasks

There are provided systems and methods for a fine-tuning system for large language models trained for open-ended domain-specific tasks. An online transaction processor or other service provider may provide computing services and platforms to entities, which may include chatbots, information retrieval systems, question-and-answer systems, and the like. To provide better LLM training and fine-tuning, which may improve LLM performance in answering users' questions in an automated manner, the service provider may implement a fine-tuning system that may utilize automated annotations of training data, such as query and response pairs. An LLM may be prompted to determine an annotation to such pairs, and the annotations may be used to label the training data. A fine-tuning system and operations may then be implemented to fine-tune the LLMs using different processes including question-answering, retrieval augmented generation, or a continuous fine-tuning based on a size of the training data.

ActiveUS12474936B2Execution for user interfacesIntelligent user interfaceEngineering
Example embodiments are directed towards an intelligent user interface for interrelated services. The data-rich ecosystem of a telecommunication service provider's wireless network is leveraged in creative and intuitive ways to bring data points to users' fingertips how they need it and when they need it. A single pane of glass is made up of selectable and controllable user interface elements that paint a larger picture together of the telecommunication service provider's network and individual components thereof. For example, the system may electronically provide a plurality of software services, each having a respective user interface (UI), and electronically orchestrate, at a service orchestration layer, the plurality of software services such that when any one service of the plurality of services is used, usage of the one service automatically affects what data is presented or how the data is presented in one or more respective user interfaces of other services of the plurality of services.

Intelligently delivering a telephone call with identity attributes

Telephone calls can be intelligently delivered with identity attributes as described herein. In one example, a system can receives communication associated with a caller requesting to make a telephone call to a recipient, where the communication includes a recipient identifier associated with the recipient. The system can determine a terminating telecommunication service provider (TTSP) to which the telephone number is assigned. The system can then determine identification options available at the TTSP, where each identification option can be configured to provide one or more identity attributes associated with the caller to the recipient. The system can select one or more of the identification options based on a predefined policy and modify the communication to include the one or more identity attributes associated with the one or more selected identification options, thereby producing a modified communication. The system can then transmit the modified communication along a call route to the TTSP.

Artificial intelligence based application error detection and resolution

Techniques are provided for artificial intelligence (AI) based application error detection and resolution. Extensive amounts of time and resources are consumed by service providers when attempting to resolve application errors experienced by customers. Unfortunately, a service provider may spend tedious amounts of manual effort to evaluate and solve an error that is already known or already solved. The techniques provided herein reduce the amount of time and resources involved in detecting and resolving errors associated with applications. In particular, an error mapping is generated for a current troubleshooting case to resolve for an application. The error mapping is compared to error mappings of previously resolved troubleshooting cases. If a match is found, then a troubleshooting action associated with a previously resolved troubleshooting case is suggested or executed. Otherwise, a service ticket is created for solving the current troubleshooting cases.

The invention provides an inter-micro-service dynamic secure communication method and device based on chaos cryptography. The method comprises the steps that a service provider instance registers a public key and chaos initial parameters to a service registration center; before calling, the service consumer instance acquires a public key and a chaos initial parameter of a target service provider instance from a service registration center; the service consumer instance performs key negotiation with the acquired public key by using a private key of the service consumer instance to determine a shared key; performing key derivation on the shared key and the chaotic initial parameter to generate an initial key; respectively using the initial keys to initialize the chaotic system so as to generate synchronous encryption key streams; and the two communication parties perform real-time stream encryption and decryption on the communication data between the micro-services by using the encryption key stream. The unpredictability of a chaotic system and modern cryptography can be combined, and a micro-service design mode is deeply integrated, so that a lightweight and high-security communication security mechanism which does not need to share a key in advance and can be adaptive to dynamic change of service is realized.

Triggering user interaction workflows over an alternative channel

Aspects of the present disclosure are directed to receiving a user phone call and triggering user interactions via an alternative channel in response to the user phone call. Users may call an account service provider with issues related to a user account. To service such a call, the account service provider may prompt the user for information. This information can be analyzed to determine whether the conditions for the user's call are aligned with a shift to a more efficient alternative channel. For example, a guided user workflow via a webpage, application, chat agent, etc. may represent a more efficient deployment of organizational resources. When such conditions are aligned, the account service provider may trigger a selected user interaction workflow for the user call via an alternative channel. The user interaction workflow can comprise a guided workflow that is configured to resolve the user's issue related to the call.

Verifiable on-chain data query method based on challenge authentication mechanism

The invention relates to a challenge authentication mechanism-based verifiable on-chain data query method, and belongs to the technical field of block chains. According to the method, the maintenance task of the authentication data structure ADS is entrusted to a limited number of service providers from a full node, and the correctness of the maintenance task is ensured by the full node through verification instead of reconstructing the ADS. A mechanism based on challenge authentication is designed, and a service provider extracts on-chain data, constructs an ADS and provides a query service; before a user queries, a challenge node constructs a challenge token containing a known result query expression and sends the challenge token to a service provider, and after the service provider issues a query result and a proof, the result correctness and the proof validity are verified in a full-node manner, so that an attack initiated by a wrong ADS can be detected at an extremely high probability. According to the method, the ADS maintenance overhead is greatly reduced while the correctness of the ADS is ensured, the validity of verifiable query is ensured, and the method has very strong robustness and very high security for adaptive attacks, so that the diversity of query services is effectively expanded.

System and method for strategic airspace deconfliction using cooperative multi-agent reinforcement learning

A system and method for strategic airspace deconfliction is disclosed, centered on a Cooperative Multi-Agent Platform (CMAP) embedded within an Automated Data Service Provider (ADSP) operating within a federated Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Traffic Management (UTM) network. The system's inventive feature resides in a specific technical architecture that synergistically integrates a real-time safety constraint into a strategic negotiation engine. A Regulatory Compliance Monitor (RCM) generates a real-time Conflict Risk Score that is incorporated directly into the Local Observation Vector of a Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning (MARL) policy network. The MARL engine is thereby configured to select a strategic negotiation primitive (e.g., BID, YIELD, TRADE) that is dynamically determined based on this real-time Conflict Risk Score. This transforms abstract resource allocation into a safety-aware, risk-adaptive protocol, allowing an ADSP agent to maximize fleet efficiency while guaranteeing collective safe separation

Method and apparatus to provide comprehensive smart assistant services

An apparatus supports smart assistant services with a plurality of smart service providers. The apparatus includes an audio device that receives a speech signal having a user utterance, captures the user utterance when the user utterance includes a user wake word, and sends the captured utterance to a backend computing device. The backend computing device replaces the user wake word with specific wake words associated with different smart service providers.
