polyethylene glycol 400 and hydroxypropyl-beta-
cyclodextrin; the preparation steps of the nano-micelles are as follows: the preparation steps of the nanoemulsion
nasal spray dressing are as follows: when the
isopropyl myristate is mixed with the nano-micelles, the stirring speed is adjusted to 900-1200 rpm, the temperature is increased to 40-50 DEG C, stirring is carried out for 20-30 min, the stirring speed is adjusted to 1200-1350 rpm, the
purified water is slowly added along the wall of a
beaker at a temperature of 30-35 DEG C, and stirring is continuously carried out for 35-45 min; the stirring speed is reduced to 600-800 rpm, the
sodium chloride and the
potassium sorbate are added at a temperature of 22-28 DEG C, and stirring is carried out for 8-15 min; the nanoemulsion
nasal spray dressing prepared by the method is prepared by matching mild ingredients, has simple preparation process, is non-irritating, can further reduce the
irritation to the nasal mucosa of patients and protect the nasal mucosa.
