wastewater with a liquid gel breaker, and carrying out micro-nano bubble
aeration treatment to obtain gel-broken
viscosity-reduced wastewater; the method comprises the following steps: mixing gel-breaking
viscosity-reducing wastewater with a
sodium-containing
impurity removal agent A, and reacting to obtain primary
hardness and
impurity removal
clear liquid; mixing the primary
hardness and
impurity removal
clear liquid with alkali liquor, and performing
ozone nano-bubble treatment to obtain
organic matter removal
clear liquid; mixing the
organic matter removal clear liquid with a
sodium-containing impurity removal agent B, and reacting to obtain secondary
hardness and impurity removal clear liquid; and filtering the secondary hardness and impurity removal clear liquid through
activated carbon, evaporating and concentrating to obtain a sodium
chloride solution, and electrolyzing the sodium
chloride solution to obtain a
sodium hypochlorite solution. According to the method,
chloride ions are converted into the
sodium hypochlorite solution, and
resource utilization is achieved; the treatment pressure of the high-salt flowback fluid can be effectively relieved, and an effective way is found for
resource utilization of the high-
salt calcium wastewater.
