waste heat utilization device which comprises a bottom plate, a water
tower is fixedly installed on one side of the bottom plate, and a
combustion chamber is arranged at the bottom in the water
tower. The device further comprises a base frame fixedly installed on the other side of the bottom plate, a
waste heat recovery tank is fixedly assembled on the base frame, the top of the
combustion chamber communicates with a

pipe penetrates through the top of the water
tower and then communicates with a top cover of the waste heat
recovery tank, and the
smoke inlet
pipe is used for introducing high-temperature smoke generated by the
combustion chamber into the waste heat recovery tank for waste heat recovery. A circulating
water pipe is mounted on the top cover. The angle-adjustable heat conduction
copper sheet is arranged in the waste heat recovery tank, so that high-temperature
flue gas forms spiral high-speed rotating flow in the tank, the
contact time of the
flue gas and a heat exchange surface is prolonged, the heat conduction mechanism can quickly conduct
flue gas heat to the circulating
water pipe, and the
heat transfer efficiency is enhanced in cooperation with the multi-layer annular circulating
water pipe structure; therefore, the overall waste heat
recovery effect is obviously improved.
