According to the device, impurities in seawater are filtered through multiple layers of filter screens connected in the filter device, salt in the seawater is filtered through a reverse osmosis membrane, and the filtered seawater is disinfected and sterilized through an arranged ultraviolet disinfection lamp, so that water entering the sanitary unit is cleaner and more sanitary; the pipeline of the sanitary unit cannot be corroded by seawater, the service life of the pipeline of the sanitary unit is prolonged, cost is reduced, meanwhile, water is supplied to the sanitary unit by filtering seawater, and consumption of fresh water on a ship by the sanitary unit is reduced.

The present invention relates to a vacuum tank (1) for a vacuum toilet. The vacuum tank comprises an inlet opening (2) arranged on the tank side wall, connectable via a valve (3) with the main outlet (4) of the toilet bowl (5), and an outlet opening (6) arranged at the lowest point for further delivery of the wastewater flow, through which the air in the tank can be sucked down to a pressure lower than atmospheric pressure via the outlet opening (6) or any other opening in the vacuum tank (1). The vacuum tank (1) is divided into an upper volume (8) and a lower volume (9) by a separating element (7), which is located approximately at the height of the inlet opening (2) of the tank and forms a downwardly opening water conduit (10) which extends along the circumference of the tank and is preferably formed in a spiral, the water conduit starting from the inlet opening (2) and extending at least once around the horizontal circumference to the lower volume (9). In the center of the separating element (7) a passage hole (11) is arranged between the upper volume (8) and the lower volume (9). The present invention further relates to a vacuum toilet comprising a vacuum tank (1) as described above.
