A method, apparatus, computer medium, and other embodiments for motion estimation and compensation processing of video and image signals are described. Within a sequence of frames, block-based differences are taken between frames to exploit redundancies between pictures by taking a matchblock from the current picture and by determining a spatial offset in a corresponding reference picture which signifies a good prediction of where the current macroblock can be found. Multi-level motion estimation is performed in three stages to refine the resolution of the motion vector with reduced computational bandwidth. First, a matchblock from a reference frame is decomposed equally into several sub-matchblocks, each of which is searched in parallel over a search area decomposed into sub-blocks by a similar factor so as to determine a preliminary motion vector in the reference picture. Second, a full size matchblock is then searched over a refined search area using the preliminary motion vector to determine an intermediate motion vector, so as to refine the resolution of the preliminary motion vector. Third, fractional-pixel searching is then performed on the matchblock and the intermediate motion vector to determine a final motion vector having an even higher resolution associated with the best motion vector to be used in predicting the current macroblock. In one embodiment, a processor-based motion estimation and compensation cell array enables contemporaneous and independent loading and processing operations in parallel.

The bonded powder is heatedto 600 to 950 DEG C by using a multi-stage heating process to be subjected to plasticizing treatment to obtain plasticized iron-based powder. The plasticized iron-based powder is pressed by a high-speed forming press to obtain a high-density compac. The compact is sintered at a temperature of 1100 to 1250 DEG C in a hydrogen atmosphere for 2 to 5 hours to obtain a high-density powder metallurgy iron-based material. The method integrates the advantages of powder modification treatment, die wall lubrication and high-speed pressing, and is more suitable for preparing the high-density powder metallurgy iron-based material.

The preparation method of the high-density lithium iron phosphate material comprises the following technical processes of (1) manufacturing spherical iron phosphate, namely carrying out dry ball milling on anhydrous iron phosphate, taking out the product, putting the product into a fusion spheronizer and further shaping the product for 1-10 hours; (2) preparing a spherical precursor, namely mixing the iron phosphate with a lithium source and a carbon source evenly, further grinding under a liquid-phase system and then preparing the dry spherical precursor through a spraying method; (3) densifying the precursor, namely supercharging the dry spherical precursor through air pressure of 10-100MPa for 0.2-5 hours, taking out the spherical precursor and then sintering in an electric furnace; and (4) preparing high-density lithium iron phosphate, namely carrying out particle size classification on the material through a classifier, carrying out particle size matching mixing and achieving hole filling to obtain the high-compaction density lithium iron phosphate material. The method has the advantages of being simple in process, convenient to operate, accurate in control and high in production efficiency, and the volume energy density of the lithium-ion battery can be greatly improved.

The invention provides a method for preparing a hollow alumina ball and silicon carbide reinforced copper base composite material. A hollow alumina ball and micron-sized silicon carbide different in size are adopted as reinforcing bodies, and on the premise that the mechanical property and low expansion coefficient are ensured, the overall density of the composite material is reduced. Since alumina ceramic used in the hollow alumina ball is high strength and the hollow alumina ball has a hollow structure, the hollow alumina ball is adopted so as to reduce the density of the overall composite material to the utmost extent, moreover, the wettability of alumina and copper is poor, after silicon carbon particles are added, the compound interface activation energy can be enhanced, and therefore the mechanical property of the composite material is more excellent. Through size matching of different particles, the volume fractions of the reinforcing bodies can be improved to the maximum, the mechanical strength of the composite material is thus improved, and the toughness of copper and the rigidity of the reinforcing bodies can be optimally matched.
