The invention discloses a method for recovering
trisodium phosphate,
tripotassium phosphate,
iron oxide red and
graphite from
iron phosphate slag, which comprises the following steps: step 1, pulping: putting the
iron phosphate slag into pulping equipment, adding a proper amount of deionized water, and starting the equipment for pulping, so that the
iron phosphate slag is fully dispersed to form a uniform pasty material; the pulping aims to increase the contact area between the iron
phosphate slag and a subsequent
reagent and improve the efficiency of a subsequent reaction; step 2, stirring and leaching: transferring a
slurry material obtained by pulping into a stirring and leaching reaction kettle, adding 32% of liquid caustic soda into the reaction kettle according to a proportion of 20%, then starting a stirring device, and controlling the temperature in the reaction kettle to be 25-40 DEG C and the stirring and leaching time to be 30-60 minutes, so that the liquid caustic soda fully reacts with components in the iron
phosphate slag; the method has the advantages that various valuable components in the iron
phosphate slag are efficiently recycled, and the method is high in
resource utilization rate,
environmentally friendly, low in cost and the like.
