The sodium phytate is brought or self-made; the phosphate is one of trisodium phosphate, disodium hydrogen phosphate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, tripotassium phosphate, dipotassium phosphate and monopotassium phosphate; and the purity of chemical reagent is above chemical purity. A range of grain size of the prepared silver phosphate nanocrystals is 40-100nm. Since the phytic acid which is extracted from plants is used as a soft template, the controllable preparation method is environmental-friendly and simple and facilitates industrialized production.

The method of the invention overcomes the deficiencies of a high reaction temperature, high corrosion of equipment, high environmental pollution of the extraction method, a high material cost, and the like in the traditional complex decomposition method.
