The invention discloses a preparation method of
metal aerogel based on an effervescent auxiliary technology, which comprises the following steps: S1, preparing an acid-base
effervescent tablet: weighing an acid source and an alkali source, and pressing into the
effervescent tablet; s2, preparing a precursor solution: sequentially adding a
metal salt precursor, a ligand and a
reducing agent into a
solvent, and uniformly mixing to obtain the precursor solution; s3, an effervescent
initiation reaction is conducted, specifically, the effervescent tablets are added into the precursor solution, after the effervescent tablets are disintegrated, standing is conducted for 1-3 hours at the
room temperature, and
metal wet gel is obtained; and S4, cleaning and
drying: cleaning the metal wet gel for multiple times by using a
solvent to remove salt attached to the surface, then carrying out
solvent exchange by using tert-butyl
alcohol, carrying out
liquid nitrogen freezing, and carrying out
freeze drying to obtain the metal
aerogel material. According to the method, an effervescent auxiliary technology is used, the gel process is accelerated through generated
carbon dioxide gas, the use cost of a
reducing agent and an initiator is reduced, and the
controllability and greenness of the preparation process are improved.
