Tick-killing biological control agent and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a tick-killing biological control agent. Suspension emulsion or powder can be prepared from 90 to 99 mass percent of spore powder of beauveria bassiana and 1 to 10 mass percent of celangulin which serve as main raw materials. The spore powder of beauveria bassiana is obtained by performing vacuum drying and pulverization on conidia which is obtained by performing liquid-solid two-phase fermentation on the beauveria bassiana, and vibrating the pulverized conidia by using a 120 to 200-mesh sieve, wherein the spore content is counted by using a blood counting chamber. The tick-killing biological control agent can be prepared into various required formulations such as the powder or the suspension emulsion and the like. The tick-killing biological control agent has the advantages of strong pathogenicity to ticks, safety for humans, domestic animals and other living beings, no environmental pollution, difficult generation of medicament resistance, better comprehensive prevention and control effect, high compatibility between the beauveria bassiana and the celangulin in the compounded biological tick-killing agent, better effect of killing the ticks compared with singly used beauveria bassiana or celangulin, lower cost, simpler production process and easy operation.

The invention establishes a simple and reliable sclerotium blight bacterium inoculation method and is convenient for seedling screening of peanut germplasm resistant to sclerotium blight, a material resistant to the sclerotium blight is obtained, and a technical means is provided for disease resistance breeding.
