The invention relates to the field of chemical additives, in particular to a butadiene polymerization inhibitor used in a separation system of an ethylene unit. The butadiene polymerization inhibitor is prepared from the following raw materials in percent by weight: 2-10 percent of radical capturing agent, 2-15 percent of antioxidant, 2-10 percent of metal passivating agent, 60-92 percent of organic solvent and 2-15 percent of clean dispersing agent. The butadiene polymerization inhibitor is prepared by the steps of: firstly adding 60-92 percent of the organic solvent in a container at normaltemperature under normal pressure, sequentially adding 2-10 percent of the radical capturing agent, 2-15 percent of the antioxidant, 2-10 percent of the metal passivating agent and 2-15 percent of the clean dispersing agent under stirring, uniformly stirring and completely dissolving to form a liquid. In the butadiene polymerization inhibitor provided by the invention, besides the efficient radical capturing agent, a synergetic effect is also specially considered with respect to components compatibility, thus, the polymerization inhibition effect is improved and the consumption of the polymerization inhibitor is decreased. The butadiene polymerization inhibitor provided by the invention is applied to a depropanizing column and a reboiler of the ethylene unit, and can effectively prevent butadiene from polymerizing and depositing on the surfaces of the devices.

The fiber is prepared from chitosan-functional ingredient compound particles and silicic acid compound colloid, wherein the content of the chitosan-functional ingredient compound particles is 9.5 to 9.7%, and the content of the silicic acid compound colloid is 2 to 3.5%. The invention further provides a preparation method of the sarcandra glabra high-efficiency antibacterial antiviral cellulosic fiber. The preparation method comprises the steps of preparing the chitosan-functional ingredient compound particles, preparing the silicic acid compound colloid, blending, and spinning and molding. Method for detecting whitening efficacy of melothria heterophylla root extracts

The invention discloses a method for detecting whitening efficacy of melothria heterophylla root extracts and relates to natural melothria heterophylla root extracts. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a tyrosinase solution, an L-tyrosine solution and a PBS (phosphate buffer saline) solution as base solutions, then preparing four to-be-detected solutions, namely an arbutin solution, a supercritical CO2 extracted melothria heterophylla root extract solution, a water extracted melothria heterophylla root extract solution and an alcohol extracted melothria heterophylla root extract solution, quantitatively adding each base solution and one of the four to-be-detected solutions in four test tubes and shaking the solutions to be uniform; (2) heating the four test tubes in a water bath kettle, respectively determining the absorbance of each solution in each test tube under a wave length of 475nm and calculating the inhibition ratio of the to-be-detected solution with the concentration to tyrosinase; and (3) repeating the steps (1) and (2), determining the inhibition ratio of the other to-be-detected solutions to tyrosinase, determining the inhibition ratio of the other to-be-detected solutions with different concentrations to tyrosinase, and then according to the comparison of determination results, obtaining the whitening efficacy of each melothria heterophylla root extract and arbutin under the same concentration as well as the whitening efficacy of each melothria heterophylla root extract or arbutin under different concentrations.
