The strain is simple in culture requirement, high in yield and good in antibacterial effect, growth conditions are easily controlled, and capsicum fusarium wilt pathogenic bacterium hyphae can excessively shrink, bend and partially expand through the strain. Toxicity measurement results show that the ratio of fermentation liquor of the strainS2L1 for inhibiting capsicum fusarium wilt pathogenic bacteria can reach 72.10% in 1000 micrograms / mL, median inhibiting concentration is 300.63 micro-liters / mL, and pot experiment control effect can reach 71.8% and is equal to that of 500 times dilution of 80% of carbendazim. The strain has wide application prospect in the prevention aspect of the capsicum fusarium wilt, both the fermentation liquor and sterile fermentation filtering liquid of the strain have high inhibiting effect, and the strain can serve as biological agents for the capsicum fusarium wilt.
