The invention relates to microcapsules, and a continuous micro-encapsulation water-in-oil-in-water microencapsulation process through in situ and interfacial polymerization of the emulsion. The formulation comprises a continuous water phase having a dispersion of microcapsules which contain oil drops and wherein the inside of each oil phase drop -containing optionally oil-soluble materials- there is a dispersion of water, or aqueous extract or water dispersible material or water soluble material. Such formulations are appropriate to be incorporated in any class of food, specially for the production of nutraceuticals, as well as cosmetic products (such as rejuvenescence creams, anti-wrinkle creams, gels, bath and shower consumable products and sprays). The preparations are adequate to stabilise compounds added to the food, media for cultivating microbes and nutraceuticals, specially those which are easily degradable or oxidizable.

The invention belongs to the technical field of microalga biology, and particularly relates to a microalga strain with high CO2 tolerance and high fixation rate and a breeding method thereof. The microalga is named Chlorella sp.Y-1, and is collected into Common Microorganism Center of China General Microbiological Culture Collection Committee; and collection number is CGMCC No.5429. The invention has the following characteristics: the initial strain is separated from natural environment; after high-CO2-concentration enrichment culture, gene cloning, induced mutation breeding and other operations, the carbon content of the target strain is increased to 56.981%, the optimal fixation concentration is up to 20% (v/v), the fixation rate is up to 5.762g/(L.d), and the maximum tolerance concentration is 100% (v/v); and the target strain has high adaptability to a series of physical and chemical culture conditions, has high culture transfer stability, and high better overall properties than the like research findings at present. The invention discloses a preparation method and applications of wild jujube endophytic bacillus amyloliquefaciens new strain SZ23 and fermentation broth. The bacillus amyloliquefaciens new strain SZ23 is preserved at China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center on July, 25th, 2014, and preservation number is CGMCC No.9481. Morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical indexes, and 16S rDNA sequencing results of bacillus amyloliquefaciens new strain SZ23 are detailedly disclosed by the invention. It is shown by bacteriostasis experiments that, the fermentation broth of bacillus amyloliquefaciens new strain SZ23 possesses excellent bacteriostatic activity on alternaria kikuchiana, fusarium oxyspirum F sp niveum, fusarium oxysporum Schl.f.sp vasinfectum(Atk.)Snyd.& Hans, alternaria solani, fusarium wilt of cucumber, cotton rhizoctonia solani kuhn, fusarium graminearum schw, and botrytis cirerea Pers et Tris; bacteriostasis rate ranges from 55.6% to 92.2%; and it is confirmed that wild jujube endophytic bacillus amyloliquefaciens new strain SZ23 possesses excellent broad-spectrum antibacterial activity. It is confirmed by practical experiments that control rate of the fermentation broth of new strain SZ23 on alternaria kikuchiana is more than 75%.
