According to the invention, an unconventional curing system azodicarbonamide and an azodiisobutyronitrile initiator are used for initiating polymerization, gas is locked through resin curing and crosslinking to form pores so as to achieve the purpose of light weight, and the gas is harmless nitrogen which accords with the idea of environmental protection; according to the invention, a traditional peroxide curing agent is abandoned, azodicarbonamide and azodiisobutyronitrile are directly utilized to produce active free radicals while being thermally decomposed to release gas, and styrene and unsaturated polyester resin are initiated to be subjected to cross-linking curing, so that gas release and curing are synchronously carried out; and the balance between gas release and resin cross-linking curing can be controlled only through the temperature.
