DA6, and the nitrile hydratase can degrade acetamiprid and sulfoxaflor when the acetamiprid and the sulfoxaflor coexist.

The invention discloses a ZIF8-based self-reinforced composite material, an electrochemiluminescence-electrochemical aptamer sensor and a preparation method and application thereof, a novel self-reinforced electrochemiluminescence composite material (Ru-N-at-ZIF8) is designed and prepared by utilizing a one-step self-assembly method, and a luminous body (Ru (dcbpy) 3 < 2 + >) and a co-reactant (NGQDs) are simultaneously wrapped in the same material (ZIF8), so that the electron transfer distance is shortened, and the electrochemical luminescence-electrochemical aptamer sensor has the advantages that the electrochemical luminescence-electrochemical aptamer sensor is more stable in performance. The electrochemical luminescence efficiency is obviously improved. The self-enhanced electrochemical luminescence-electrochemical dual-mode aptamer sensor based on the Ru-N-coated ZIF8 is used for detecting acetamiprid, the linear range of electrochemical luminescence and the linear range of electrochemistry are both 1 pM to 100 nM, and the detection limits are 0.046 pM and 0.050 pM respectively. The sensor provided by the invention shows better selectivity, and has better reproducibility and stability.
