Acetamiprid is an organic compound with the chemical formula C₁₀H₁₁ClN₄. It is an odorless neonicotinoid insecticide produced under the trade names Assail, and Chipco by Aventis CropSciences. It is systemic and intended to control sucking insects (Lepidoptera, Thysanoptera, Hemiptera, mainly aphids) on crops such as leafy vegetables, citrus fruits, pome fruits, grapes, cotton, cole crops, and ornamental plants. It is also a key pesticide in commercial cherry farming due to its effectiveness against the larvae of the cherry fruit fly.

According to the insecticidal suspending agent, special components are selected and the content of each component is strictly limited; and the prepared insecticidal suspending agent has the very good fast-acting property and lasting period and has the very good prevention effect on tea lesser leafhopper, aleyrodid, thrips, aphids and the like. After the functional auxiliary agent is added, the insecticidal efficacy is improved by 10-12% when being compared with a medicament which is not added with the functional auxiliary agent.

The test strip comprises a liner plate, a sample pad, a gold-labeled primary antibody combination pad, a nitrocellulose membrane and a water absorption pad; the gold-labeled primary antibody combination pad is coated with colloidal gold labeled acetamiprid antibodies, the nitrocellulose membrane is provided with a detection line coated with acetamiprid antigens and a quality control line coated with secondary antibodies. When the test strip is practically used, 2-3 drops of tea soup are dropwise added in a sample dropping area of the sample pad for a chromatography reaction, and 5-10 minutes later, a negative or positive result of pesticides in the sample is directly judged according to the color developing conditions of the detection line and the quality control line; the test strip is valid if the color of the quality control line is developed to be red, and the test strip is invalid if the color of the quality control line is not developed; the negative result is judged if the color of detection line is developed to be red and shows that no acetamiprid residue is detected in the tea soup, or the concentration of the acetamiprid residues in the tea soup is lower than 0.01 mg/L; the positive result is judged if the color of the detection line, namely the T line, is not developed and shows that the concentration of the acetamiprid residues in the tea soup is higher than 0.01 mg/L.
