The method comprises the steps of preparing the electrochemiluminescence sensor, operating the sensor to simultaneously measure acetamiprid and malathion and the like. According to the sensor for simultaneously detecting the two pesticides, hollow copper-cobalt-MOF enhanced luminol and g-C3N4 compounded by gold nanoparticles are used as an electrochemical luminescence substance, so that the two pesticides including acetamiprid and malathion are simultaneously detected. The electrochemiluminescence sensor for simultaneously detecting the two pesticides based on the hollow copper-cobalt-MOF is simple in material synthesis, small in interference of the two luminescent substances, high in sensitivity and good in selectivity.
