The invention relates to the technical field of SERS (Surface Enhanced
Raman Scattering) sensors, in particular to a preparation method and application of an MXene (at) ZIF-67 (at) AuNPs sensor, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, synthesizing an MXene (at) ZIF-67
heterojunction with a photoelectric double-
gain characteristic through an in-situ solvothermal method; then gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) are loaded on the surface of the MXene (at) ZIF-67
heterojunction by means of an
amide bonding effect, and the MXene (at) ZIF-67 (at) AuNPs composite SERS substrate is constructed; finally, an SERS analysis platform for
pesticide thiram residue detection is constructed. The
composite substrate fully utilizes a conductive network of MXene and a
plasma resonance effect of AuNPs to synergistically enhance an
electromagnetic field, and meanwhile, by virtue of an enrichment effect of a ZIF-67 porous structure on target molecules and a formed hot spot effect, the Raman
signal intensity and the detection sensitivity of
thiram are remarkably improved. Experimental results show that a detection method based on the substrate is simple and convenient to operate, can realize efficient detection of
thiram, has a low
detection limit of 1.0 * 10 <-11 > M, and is suitable for high-precision detection of trace thiram
pesticide in a
complex matrix.
