The invention discloses a pharmaceutical compound for treating wastewater containing complex heavy metals and/or radioactive substances and application of the pharmaceutical compound. The pharmaceutical compound comprises one of 8-hydroxyquinoline and derivatives of 8-hydroxyquinoline or a composition of any two of 8-hydroxyquinoline and the derivatives of 8-hydroxyquinoline, one of polyamine-dithiocarbamates or a composition of any two of the polyamine-dithiocarbamates, and one of dihydrocarbyl dithiophosphates or a composition of any two of the dihydrocarbyl dithiophosphates, wherein the mass fractions of the three components are respectively 1% to 90%, 1% to 90% and 1% to 98%. The pharmaceutical compound is dissolved in water and then the pharmaceutical compound solution is added into wastewater to be treated, and the amount of the pharmaceutical compound is 0.5 to 2 times larger than the theoretical amount of heavy metals and radioactive substances in the wastewater; and a metal complex is formed after sufficient stirring, and finally, the wastewater treatment can be completed by filtering separation. The pharmaceutical compound and the application of the pharmaceutical compound provided by the invention have the advantages of obvious effects, less investment, low cost, no site restriction, remote automatic control and the like.

Method for preparing dithiocarbamate-based modified porous starch

The invention relates to a method for preparing dithiocarbamate-based modified porous starch. The method comprises the steps that: using starch as the raw material; carrying out enzymolysis on the starch for 1 to 26 hours under the condition that the pH is between 4 and 6 and the temperature is between 30 and 60 DEG C by a complex enzyme consisting of a saccharifying enzyme and an alpha-amylase; drying the obtained product to prepare porous starch; and after carrying out crosslinking, etherification and aminating modification on the porous starch, grafting the product with carbon disulfide under the alkaling conndition to obtain the dithiocarbamate-based modified porous starch. Compared with the conventional porous starch, the dithiocarbamate-based modified porous starch of the invention has strong absorption characteristic and high adsorptive selectivity. When the adsorption effect is reduced, the dithiocarbamate-based modified porous starch is taken out and immersed in 2mol.L-1 of HNO3 solution to carry out desorption, the desorption ratio is over 90 percent, and the absorption effect is not reduced by repeated desorption. The invention has commendable economic and social benefits, and can be used for treatment of heavy metal ions in waste water in galvanization, battery and mining industries and the like.

Compared with the traditional product, the invention has the tensile strength of physical and mechanical property of 14MPa, which is higher than the traditional formula by 1.5 times. The invention can obtain FV-0 grade of vertical burn of national standard of flame resistance, namely the requirements of nonflammable material, can achieve the same flame resistant effect with the traditional method and meet the requirements of environment protection and safety of the hose of the modern automobile.
