The invention discloses composite biological regenerated
asphalt which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 66-85 parts of aged
asphalt; 2 to 6 parts of modified ZDC; 5-20 parts of activated
lignin; 8 parts of bio-oil; the modified ZDC is obtained by carrying out
surface modification on
zinc diethyldithiocarbamate through a
silane coupling agent; the activated
lignin is obtained by activating
lignin through
glycerol; the composite biological regenerated
asphalt is prepared by compounding aged asphalt, modified
zinc diethyldithiocarbamate (ZDC), activated lignin and bio-oil in parts by weight, the ZDC realizes an anti-oxidation effect by capturing free radicals, the lignin absorbs
ultraviolet light by virtue of a
benzene ring structure, and phenolic hydroxyl groups capture free radicals to realize an anti-
ultraviolet-anti-oxidation synergistic function; the bio-oil supplements lost light components of the aged asphalt and reduces the penetration degree and the
softening point to realize regeneration adjustment, and the anti-aging performance and the regeneration effect of the composite asphalt are remarkably improved through the synergistic effect of the bio-oil, the light components and the regeneration point.
