The application discloses a method for floating
tin and
zinc in polymetallic
sulfide ore, which comprises the following steps:
grinding and thickening the polymetallic
sulfide ore, then stirring and desliming the polymetallic
sulfide ore by adding
papaya seed glue and
polyacrylamide,
grinding and thickening the polymetallic sulfide ore, and floating the polymetallic sulfide ore by adding a flotation agent A to obtain flotation concentrate C and flotation
tailings D, wherein the flotation agent A comprises ethion,
zinc sulfate, cationic
starch,
lime and
pine oil;
grinding and thickening the flotation concentrate C, and floating the flotation concentrate C by adding a flotation agent F to obtain lead concentrate and flotation
tailings G, wherein the flotation agent F comprises
sodium tartrate,
zinc sulfate,
sodium diethyl dithiocarbamate, ethion and
pine oil; adding
sulfuric acid solution to the flotation
tailings D after concentration, and grinding and magnetic separating the flotation tailings D, adding a flotation agent to the
magnetic separation tailings to obtain flotation concentrate J, and obtaining
tin concentrate by table
gravity separation of the flotation concentrate J. The application solves the problem of poor flotation or
gravity separation effect of fine-grained
tin ore, and can improve the
recovery rate of tin and zinc in the polymetallic sulfide ore.
