A current frame of image and a previous frame of image are subjected to characteristic point extraction and matching in an embedded heterogeneous multi-core processor, and a three-dimensional space coordinate of the image characteristic point is calculated by the pixel coordinate information and the depth information of the characteristic point and a pinhole projection imaging model. The three-dimensional space coordinate and the image acquisition rates of the matched characteristic points of two frames of images are used for calculating a movement rate, i.e., the froth flow velocity of the froth on three dimensionalities. The real-time on-line non-contact detection of the flotation cell froth flow velocity is realized, and the on-line detection device has the characteristics of being small in volume, high in mobility, low in power consumption, low in cost, high in detection speed and high in reliability, is especially suitable for the real-time on-line measurement of the field froth flow velocity index of mineral flotation, and is favorable for realizing the automatic monitoring of a flotation process so as to improve mineral separation efficiency.

The classification method comprises the following steps of: introducing a vocabulary in text classification into a flotation foam image, blocking the foam image acquired by an industrial camera and extracting the characteristic parameters, clustering the color and texture characteristic parameters of the extracted foam image by employing a K-mean clustering method, obtaining a plurality of clustering centers, and constructing a foam state vocabulary; describing the real-time foam image through a word bag method by utilizing the obtained foam state vocabulary, and forming a vector representation of the foam image; and finally, classifying the foam image through the similarity between measuring vectors by employing a vector space model. The amino ethyl xanthogenic acid cyanogen ethyl ester compound synthesized by the method is generally of oily liquid, has special smell and little solubility and is slightly lower than water in specific gravity; the product is not needed to be purified and separated, is an effective collector for natural copper, gold, nickel, copper, lead, zinc and other sulfides and particularly can be used as the collector for nickel ores when a copper and nickel ores are floated. The preparation process is simple, efficient and economic; and the crude product can be used as the flotation collector; and the conversion yield of the crude product is in the range of 65%-100%.
