The carrier slurry of the catalyst in the invention is uniform in distribution and free of the phenomenon of plugging; and the catalyst has low back pressure and high oxygen storage capacity in a practical exhaust gas purification and treatment system, and can achieve the purpose of rapidly oxidizing PM at a low temperature.
