The invention relates to the technical field of energy materials, and discloses a hydrate accelerator and an application thereof in preparing a high-gas-storage-density gas hydrate. The accelerant comprises amino acid and water, and is prepared by well mixing 100 parts by mass of water and 0.05-5 parts by mass of amino acid. The invention discloses a polyolefin composite insulating material with the high thermal-oxidative stability and a preparation method thereof. The polyolefin composite insulating material is prepared from, by mass, 98%-99.5% of a polyolefin polymer matrix and 0.5%-2% of modified graphene oxide packing, wherein antioxidant-functionalized graphene oxide coated with polydopamine is adopted as the modified graphene oxide; through a grafted antioxidant, the thermal-oxidative stability of the material can be improved, and the graphene oxide can play a role in inhibiting migration of the antioxidant. By adopting the modified graphene oxide, not only can the interface bonding force between the polymer matrix and the packing be enhanced, but also the graphene oxide can be prevented from being deep reduced in the preparation process of the composite insulating material, and therefore the composite material keeps the good insulating property. The prepared polyolefin composite insulating material with the high thermal-oxidative stability has the advantages of being long in oxidation induction time, low in dielectric constant and dielectric loss and the like and is suitable for electric wire and cable insulating materials.

Culture method for inducing adipose tissue-derived stromal cells to differentiate to chondrocyte

The invention relates to a culture method for inducing adipose tissue-derived stromal cells to differentiate to chondrocyte, and aims to solve the problem that the prior art is low in differentiation rate. The culture method comprises the following steps: 1) performing separation of primary cells of adipose tissue-derived stromal cells; 2) performing amplification and passage of the adipose tissue-derived stromal cells; and 3) performing differentiation culture on P5-generation adipose-derived stem cells to chondrocyte, namely, adding the adipose tissue-derived stromal cells into a condition culture medium, namely, an adipose tissue-derived stromal cell chondrocyte differentiation culture medium, after P5 generation of passage, performing chondrocyte differentiation culture, replacing the medium of the cells every 3 days, observing the morphological change of the cells, and after 16 days of induction, performing Alcian blue dyeing, and identifying the chondrocyte differentiation situation of the adipose tissue-derived stromal cells. The result of Alcian blue dyeing identification shows that the chondrocyte can be formed, and the Alcian blue dyeing is positive. The culture method has the characteristics of being simple and feasible, short in induction time as the induction culture medium is a serum-free culture system, good in test repeatability and high in osteoblast differentiation rate.

A composition for preparing polyethylene pipe with superhigh molecular weight and a preparation method thereof are disclosed. The composition is prepared by the following raw materials by weight percentage: polyethylene with superhigh molecular weight: fluoropolymer processing agent: polyethylene wax: calcium stearate / zinc stearate compound: complex antioxidant: carbon black is equal to 100 parts: 0.01-0.1: 1-8:0.1-1.0:0.1-0.5:0.5-3. The preparation method comprises the steps of: putting the polyethylene resin with superhigh molecular weight, starting a mixer, putting the calcium stearate / zinc stearate compound into the mixer to mix for 1-2 hours, then adding the complex antioxidant, polyethylene wax, fluoropolymer processing agent and carbon black to mix for 2-3 hours; and detecting the bulk density according to GB / T1636 and sealing and packaging. The polyethylene pipe composition with superhigh molecular weight prepared by the method has excellent heat-resisting and anti-aging performance with oxidation induction time at 200 DEGC longer than 30 minutes. The polyethylene pipe composition with superhigh molecular weight further has excellent mechanical, wear-resisting, corrosion resisting, heat-resisting and anti-aging properties and extrusion process performance.
