The pharmaceutical compound comprises one of 8-hydroxyquinoline and derivatives of 8-hydroxyquinoline or a composition of any two of 8-hydroxyquinoline and the derivatives of 8-hydroxyquinoline, one of polyamine-dithiocarbamates or a composition of any two of the polyamine-dithiocarbamates, and one of dihydrocarbyl dithiophosphates or a composition of any two of the dihydrocarbyl dithiophosphates, wherein the mass fractions of the three components are respectively 1% to 90%, 1% to 90% and 1% to 98%. The pharmaceutical compound is dissolved in water and then the pharmaceutical compound solution is added into wastewater to be treated, and the amount of the pharmaceutical compound is 0.5 to 2 times larger than the theoretical amount of heavy metals and radioactive substances in the wastewater; and a metal complex is formed after sufficient stirring, and finally, the wastewater treatment can be completed by filtering separation. The pharmaceutical compound and the application of the pharmaceutical compound provided by the invention have the advantages of obvious effects, less investment, low cost, no site restriction, remote automatic control and the like.

The copper gold silver ore flotation collecting agent ester-205 is prepared from the following raw materials: 30 to 40 parts of N,N-diethyl dithiocarbamate, 20 to 25 parts of diisopropyl dithiophosphate, 10 to 15 parts of black powder acid, 20 to 30 parts of terpenic oil and 2 to 5 parts of ethyl alcohol. The flotation method comprises the following steps: preparation of flotation pulp, flotation preparation and copper gold silver ore flotation. According to the copper gold silver ore flotation collecting agent and the flotation method, multiple circulation times and metal loss of target metal ores in a flotation process are effectively avoided, so that the trunk flotation process is shortened, and the investment and operation cost is reduced; the collecting agent ester-205 is high in collecting capacity; the flotation speed is increased; the copper gold silver recycling rate is increased; the number of the scavenging times is reduced; and the types and the use amounts of flotation agents are reduced.

Rolling device employing lubricating grease composition and electric power steering apparatus employing the rolling device

A rolling device is provided which employs a lubricating grease composition which considerably diminishes irregular friction fluctuations occurring on rolling/sliding friction surfaces, shows stable low-torque characteristics in a wide temperature range, can retain a sufficient oil film even at high temperatures, has along life, and contains a novel thickener. Also provided is an electric power steering apparatus employing the rolling device.
The rolling device is characterized by employing a lubricating grease composition comprising: a thickener which is a mixed thickener comprising a mixture of (a) one or more diurea compounds which are one or more aliphatic diurea compounds having an average molecular weight of 500-750 in which 10-70% by mole of the linear hydrocarbon groups are unsaturated components, the aliphatic diurea compounds having been produced using as a raw material one or more primary amines having a total amine value in the range of 200-400, (b) at least one fatty acid metal salt, and (c) at least one amide compound selected from the group consisting of aliphatic amides and aliphatic bisamides represented by formulae (I) and (II):

    • (wherein R1 represents a saturated or unsaturated alkyl group having 15-17 carbon atoms and R2 represents a methylene group or an ethylene group), the proportions of (a) and of (b) and (c) satisfying the relationship:

(1) the proportion of ingredient (a) is 1-10,
(2) the proportion of ingredient (b) is 0.5-2.5, and
(3) the proportion of ingredient (c) is 0.5-2.5,
the amount of the thickener being 2-30% by weight, based on the whole composition;
(d) a base oil which is a lube base oil having a pour point of −25° C. or lower and comprising a synthetic hydrocarbon oil as the main component; and (e) an additive which is a mixture comprising an organomolybdenum complex, an organozinc compound of a dithiocarbamic acid, and an organozinc compound of dithiophosphoric acid, the amount of the additive being 1-7% by weight, based on the whole composition.

Method for synthesizing dithio dineopentyl phosphate fire retardant

The invention discloses a method for synthesizing dithio dineopentyl phosphate fire retardant. The synthesis process comprises: (a) filling a solvent A in a stirred vessel, adding dineopentyl alcohol, fully stirring, adding phosphorus thiochloride, and fully dissolving at a constant temperature of 40 to 55 DEG C; (b) dripping solvent B, heating to 50 to 65 DEG C, and keeping the temperature for 1.5 to 2.5 hours; (c) adding a solvent C and water, heating to 60 to 75 DEG C and keeping the temperature for 8 to 12 hours; and (d) filtering and grinding to obtain dithio dineopentyl phosphate fire retardant suspension, which is the product of the invention. The solvent A is cyclohexane, the solvent B is triethylamine or the mixed solution of cyclohexane and triethylamine, and the solvent C is triethylamine. In the invention, the process is simple and short in process, the raw materials are widely available and cheap, the yield is high and the industrial prospect is promising; the dithio dineopentyl phosphate fire retardant contains the phosphorus and sulfur high-efficiency fire-retarding elements at the same time, so the fire retarding performance of cellulose is improved considerably under the synergistic effect of the phosphorus and sulfur; and the dithio dineopentyl phosphate fire retardant is high-efficiency and durable fire retardant.
