This invention discloses a strain of *Bacillus saeformis* H1, its culture method, and its applications, relating to the field of microbial technology. The strain was deposited on March 31, 2026, at the China General
Microbiological Culture Collection Center (CGMCC), with accession number CGMCC No. 38117. This strain exhibits strong environmental adaptability, can stably grow under neutral to strongly alkaline conditions, and secretes antibacterial substances with
low toxicity and no
pathogenicity. After optimization, its optimal liquid
fermentation conditions are: 5 g / L
yeast extract, 10 g / L peptone, 37 g / L
sucrose, pH=10, temperature 25℃, rotation speed 140 rpm, and culture time 24 h. The
fermentation supernatant of this strain shows significant inhibitory effects on
Gram-positive
bacteria such as *
Staphylococcus aureus*, methicillin-resistant *
Staphylococcus aureus*, and *
Streptococcus pneumoniae*, and can be prepared into
drug sensitivity tablets. The *Bacillus saeformis* H1 provided by this invention can be used to prepare antibacterial drugs or antibacterial infection drugs, providing a new strategy for alleviating the problem of
antibiotic resistance.
