This invention discloses a purely physical, sealed, ultra-long-term static
sedimentation method for
municipal sewage sludge and similar
solid wastes, belonging to the field of
solid waste
resource utilization and
environmental protection technology. This invention involves no chemical additives, no high-temperature
incineration, and no mechanical disturbance throughout the entire process. It is suitable for various raw materials, including
municipal sewage sludge, natural river and lake
sediment,
livestock and
poultry manure sediment, and urban
pipe network
silt. Utilizing the natural physical laws of colloidal electrostatic agglomeration and overall gravity
settling, it achieves stratified enrichment of
solid waste. This invention is equipped with a pure physical
water spray system to lock in odors and a slightly
positive pressure unidirectional
airflow structure to prevent overflow, completely eliminating
chemical pollution and
odor diffusion. Simultaneously, it features a
fully automated, unmanned mechanical conditioning
system to steadily optimize the enrichment environment, significantly improve
processing efficiency, and save labor costs. The process involves a two-stage closed-loop treatment. First, it removes the core
pollution source of
heavy metals, which poses the greatest
threat. Then, it turns the remaining
organic matter into
organic fertilizer. The entire process does not generate new
pollution or allow pollutants to leak out. It solves the industry pain points of traditional
incineration processes, such as high
pollution and resource waste, as well as traditional static waste processes, such as low efficiency, narrow applicability, and residual pollution from
chemical treatment. It is low-carbon,
environmentally friendly, safe, stable, and can be promoted on a large scale, enabling efficient and bidirectional
resource utilization of various types of sedimentary solid waste.
