Emamectin is the 4”-deoxy-4”-methylamino derivative of abamectin, a 16-membered macrocyclic lactone produced by the fermentation of the soil actinomycete Streptomyces avermitilis. It is generally prepared as the salt with benzoic acid, emamectin benzoate, which is a white or faintly yellow powder. Emamectin is widely used in the US and Canada as an insecticide because of its chloride channel activation properties.

The invention provides an insecticidal suspending agent containing dinotefuran. The suspending agent is characterized by being prepared from the following components in mass percentage: 1-30% of the dinotefuran, 0.1-35% of a second active component, 3-9% of a wet dispersant, 0.1-0.5% of a de-foaming agent, 1-6% of an anti-freezing agent, 0.1-4% of a thickening agent, 0.1-0.5% of a preservative, 0-2% of a pH (Potential of Hydrogen) adjusting agent, 0-2% of an antioxidant, 0.5-5% of a functional auxiliary agent and the balancing being water, wherein the second active component is one of bifenthrin, imidacloprid, methylamino abamectin benzoate, cyhalothrin, thiamethoxam, indoxacarb, chlorfenapyr, acetamiprid and ethiprole. According to the insecticidal suspending agent, special components are selected and the content of each component is strictly limited; and the prepared insecticidal suspending agent has the very good fast-acting property and lasting period and has the very good prevention effect on tea lesser leafhopper, aleyrodid, thrips, aphids and the like. After the functional auxiliary agent is added, the insecticidal efficacy is improved by 10-12% when being compared with a medicament which is not added with the functional auxiliary agent.

The present invention provides an insecticidal composition comprising of at least one insecticidal compound with effective knock-down action selected from among group (A) comprising of imidacloprid, acetamiprid, thiamethoxam, thiacloprid, nitenpyram, dinotefuran, clothianidin, abamectin, emamectin, emamectin benzoate and fipronil, and at least one insecticidal compound with effective long-term action selected from among group (B) of insect growth regulators comprising of benzoylphenyl urea (BPU) compounds selected from among novaluron, lufenuron, hexaflumuron, triflumuron, diflubenzuron, chlorfluazuron, flufenoxuron, noviflumuron and teflubenzuron. Optionally, said insecticidal composition may further contain excipients and/or additives and/or surface active agents. Further provided is a method for insect control, comprising of applying at least one insecticidal compound with effective knock-down action selected from among group (A) comprising of imidacloprid, acetamiprid, thiamethoxam, thiacloprid, nitenpyram, dinotefuran, clothianidin, abamectin, emamectin, emamectin benzoate and fipronil, and at least one insecticidal compound with effective long-term action selected from among group (B) of insect growth regulators (IGR) comprising of benzoylphenyl urea (BPU) compounds; to a crop, agricultural product, plant matter, animal or locale.

The invention belongs to emamectin pesticides and discloses an emamectin benzoate-algae slow release type water dispersible granular insecticide and a preparation method. In the traditional pesticide formulation, emulsifiable concentrate has many potential safety hazards in the processes of production, storage and transportation and causes huge damage to the ecological environment in the process of use; and powder formulations bring adverse influences to users and surrounding environment in the process of use due to the small granules and easy drifting. The preparation method comprises the steps of: absorbing raw emamectin and a plant growth regulator by using algae as a carrier, then adding a dispersing agent, a wetting agent, a disintegrating agent, a binder and a micro-element fertilizer, carrying out ultramicro airflow milling, extruding and granulating to prepare an insecticide-fertilizer compound slow release type water dispersible granular formulation. The invention has the advantages of effectively prolonging effective duration, reducing pesticide dosage, performing dual effects of land fertilizing and plant protection by adopting an insecticide-fertilizer compound and having convenient application, labor intensity reduction, easy raw material obtaining, simple processing technology, low cost and suitability for industrial scale production.

The invention relates to a synergistic pesticidal composition containing Clothianidin and emamectin benzoate, and its application. The synergistic pesticidal composition is mainly applied in research and application on prevention and treatment of rice hopper and borer. The invention solves the defects of most organophosphorus nicotine products used in pesticides at present, and the results of experiments show that the composition has good effect of controlling Sogatella furcifera. The pesticidal composition comprises the following active ingredients: 0.1-50 wt% of Clothianidin and 50-0.1 wt% of emamectin benzoate, and comprises the balance consisting of auxiliary agents and a carrier. The pesticidal composition can be applied to control plant hopper, borer, aphid, leafhopper, thrip, cabbage caterpillar, diamondback moth, beet armyworm, prodenia litura and other Hemiptera, Coleoptera, Diptera and some Lepidoptera insects for rice, vegetables, fruit trees and other crops.
