Epoxiconazole is a fungicide active ingredient from the class of azoles developed to protect crops. In particular, the substance inhibits the metabolism of fungi cells infesting useful plants, and thereby prevents the growth of the mycelia (fungal cells). Epoxiconazole also limits the production of conidia (mitospores). Epoxiconazole was introduced to the market by BASF SE in 1993 and can be found in many products and product mixtures targeting a large number of pathogens in various crops. Crops are, for example, cereals (mainly wheat, barley, rye and triticale), soybeans, banana, rice, coffee, turnips, and red as well as sugar beets.
A suspension containing diafenthiuron and epoxiconazole and a method for preparing the same
The present application belongs to the technical field of pesticide preparation, and particularly relates to a suspension concentrate containing pyraclostrobin and epoxiconazole and a preparation method thereof, which mainly comprises the following components in percentage by weight: pyraclostrobin 5%-15%; epoxiconazole 5%-15%; dispersing agent 3%-6%; wetting agent 2%-4%; thickening agent 0.1%-0.5%; antifreezing agent 3%-5%; defoaming agent 0.1%-0.5%; preservative 0.1%-0.3%; and deionized water, supplemented to 100%. The suspension concentrate prepared through a specific additive system and a scientific processing technology has fine particles, uniform distribution, good storage stability, and a suspension rate of greater than or equal to 90%. The preparation has the effects of protection, treatment and systemic conduction, has a remarkable synergistic control effect on various crop diseases, especially leaf diseases, is friendly to the environment, and is convenient to use.
