The method for resolving six triazole pesticide enantiomers and detecting and analyzing residues by ultra-performance convergence chromatography comprises sample extraction, purification and chromatographic column analysis. The six triazole pesticides are triadimefon, triadimenol, hexaconazole, tebuconazole, bitertanol and myclobutanil. According to the method, a piece of Acquaty Trefoil AMY1 is adopted to resolve the six triazole pesticides on UPC2, the cosolvent of triadimefon, triadimenol, tebuconazole and bitertanol adopts methanol, and the cosolvent of hexaconazole and myclobutanil adopts a mixed solution of isopropanol and anhydrous ethanol with the volume ratio being 1:1. The method has the advantages of high efficiency, high sensitivity andgood reproducibility, and the recovery rate, the precision and the like of the method meet the requirements of residue detection.
