In the present invention, there are obtained aliphatic polyesters having a controlled thermal decomposing property, hydrolizability, and biodegradability, in which OH terminals and COOH terminals are decreased to 50% and 30%, respectively, through a ring-opening polymerization of a lactone and lactide by a mono alcohol having a high boiling point or a metal alkoxide, or by further decreasing both terminals through combining produced polymer terminals with a diisocyanate and, from a composition containing the polyesters, there is obtained a particle-state composition for agriculture and gardening in which a duration period of a fertilizing effect can be controlled, and which is not remained in soil by decomposition. From a resin primarily containing fatty acid cellulose ester derivatives, there are obtained a base film for a marking film which does not include a problem such as volatilization and migration of a plasticizer and a picture image formable heat-sensitive transfer recording material which is excellent in strippability, coloring concentration, and brightness, a conductive coating composition which is excellent in storage stability, adhesion, and conductivity, a single-liquid type coating and a moisture-curable graft copolymer, and a coating composition which have a non toxicity and nonirritating property and which are excellent in dryability. A copolymer in which average chain length in lactone and lactide units are controlled is excellent in heat resistance and impact resistance.

The method comprises the following steps that under an RRC_CONNCTED ACTIVE state, a MTCD transmits a first data packet to a base station, then decodes and reads information N of a data packet number which needs to be continuously transmitted; a deactivation timer and a packet counter whose threshold is the N are started, downlink channel monitoring and data uploading are continuously performed, and after a dormancy condition is satisfied, a Short DRX state is entered into; under the Short DRX state, and in an On Duration period, data monitoring is performed, and if a DRX short period timer is overtime and does not monitor the data, the MTCD enters into a Long DRX state; under the Long DRX state, and in the On Duration period, the data monitoring is performed, and if a DRX long period timer is overtime and does not monitor the data, the MTCD enters into an IDLE DRX state; and under the IDLE DRX state, the MTCD is periodically awakened to monitor downlink transmission of a network till that the MTCD is paged, and then the MTCD returns and enters into the RRC_CONNCTED ACTIVE state. The invention provides the equipment dormancy method based on the CSM mechanism DRX so that the equipment can carry out high-efficiency operation when entering into a low power consumption dormancy state.

The mechanical planting pattern suitable for concise melon cultivation in the open field is totally different from the existing water-saving irrigation planting pattern and obtains good fresh keeping effect.

The fuel oil supply system comprises a fuel oil tank, a low-pressure oil pipe, a high-pressure oil pump, a high-pressure oil pipe, a high-pressure common-rail pipe, a medium- and low-pressure common-rail pipe, an electromagnetic switch valve, a double-oil-inlet-channel oil injector, a check valve with a throttle orifice, an ECU and an electronic control wire harness, wherein the fuel oil tank is connected with the high-pressure oil pump through the low-pressure oil pipe; the high-pressure oil pump is connected with the high-pressure common-rail pipe and the medium- and low-pressure common-rail pipe through the high-pressure oil pipe separately; fuel oil is supplied to the high-pressure oil pump from the fuel oil tank through the low-pressure oil pipe, and different pressures are generated by the high-pressure oil pump and supplied to the high-pressure common-rail pipe and the medium- and low-pressure common-rail pipe through the high-pressure oil pipe separately; and the oil injector is provided with two oil inlet channels, the high-pressure common-rail pipe is connected with one oil inlet channel of the oil injector through the electromagnetic switch valve, and the medium- and low-pressure common-rail pipe is connected with the other inlet channel of the oil injector through the check valve with the throttle orifice. The fuel oil supply system provided by the invention is capable of realizing switchover for two pressures in a single duration period of oil injection, and an oil injection speed is correspondingly changed with the pressure switchover.
