The formation of the antioxidant substances is promoted through the control over the quality of light needed by crop growth; the lettuces are promoted to start the genetic expression of an antioxidant system by preparing an organic matrix formula; the accumulation of the antioxidant substances in lettuce bodies is promoted by utilizing the optimal configuration of LED blue light and ultraviolet light; lettuce growth parameter conditions are set and intelligently regulated and controlled according to the different duration period growth characteristics and environmental responses of the lettuces, and the lettuce cultivation system promoting the accumulation of the antioxidant substances and the cultivation method thereof are very suitable for the cultivation of the lettuces with high-quality antioxidant substances.
