Coal gangue lightweight through-hole ceramsite

The invention discloses coal gangue lightweight through-hole ceramsite. The technical scheme has the essentials that the coal gangue lightweight through-hole ceramsite is composed of coal gangues, attapulgite clay, a powdery coal gangue foaming agent, active carclazyte waste dreg, hollow microspheres, lightweight magnesium oxide, expanded perlite, expanded vermiculite, ferrous sulfate and quick lime. The materials of the coal gangue lightweight through-hole ceramsite are stirred and mixed, extruded and granulated, dried, roasted, subjected to heat insulation, sieved, sealed and packaged to prepare the coal gangue lightweight through-hole ceramsite. The coal gangue lightweight through-hole ceramsite has the characteristics of large specific surface area, small bulk density, high water absorption rate, excellent ventilation performance, beautiful appearance and shape and no odors, no harmful bacteria, good lightweight strength, and consistent micro-pores and macro-pores. When the coal gangue lightweight through-hole ceramsite is used for culturing or planting various types of nursery stocks, flowers and vegetables, the roots of the plants can absorb nutrition constituents of water or a liquid fertilizer from the coal gangue lightweight through-hole ceramsite, so that good growth and development and the survival rate of the plants are ensured and the coal gangue lightweight through-hole ceramsite is suitable for preparing a soilless culture substrate and nutrient soil.

Moisture-preserving nutritious soil for growing herbaceous flower seedlings and preparation method thereof

The invention belongs to plant nutritious soil and a preparation method thereof and particularly relates to flower nutritious soil and a preparation method thereof. The flower nutritious soil contains the components of biomass water-retaining agent, turf, sapropel, black soil, corn straw, perlite, meerschaum, deer feces, fine sand, inorganic fertilizer, and the like and is processed by the steps of raw material selection, crushing, screening, disinfection, mixing, pH regulation and the like. By adopting the method of mixing organic materials and inorganic materials, the flow nutritious soil has the advantages of reasonable and loosened structure, complete nutrients, stable property, easily obtained raw materials, easy processing and low cost. In addition, the biomass water-retaining agent contained in the flow nutritious soil is a novel, multifunctional and natural macromoleclar polymer and has a three-dimensional space reticular structure, not only can absorb water and fertilizer, but also can retain water and fertilizer, and. the water absorbing capacity of the flower nutritious soil is more than 1000 times the weight thereof, a small reservoir of water and fertilizer is formed in the soil, and the water and the fertilizer are slowly released, thereby the flow nutritious soil has the functions of saving both water and fertilizer. The invention can be used for growing seedlings and planning seedlings.

Seedling substrate for soilless culture for vegetables

The invention discloses a seedling substrate for vegetables, belonging to the technical field of soilless culture. The substrate formula comprises the following components based on volume ratios: 10-40% of fermented vinegar dreg, 5-30% of fermented cassava dreg, 5-30% of plant ash, 5-30% of perlite, 5-30% of vermiculite and 10-25% of turf. The water content of the substrate is not bigger than 50%, and the total porosity of the substrate is 65-95%, and the total nutrient content of the substrate (N+P2O5+K2O) is 3-5%, and the grain diameter of the substrate is 0.1-4.9 mm, and the volume weight of the substrate is 0.2-0.8 g/cm3, and the gas-water ratio of the substrate is 1: 2-4, and the EC (elastic coefficient) value of the substrate is 1-3 and the pH value of the substrate is 5.8-7.5. The seedling substrate for soilless culture for vegetables mainly uses organic wastes as raw materials, and produces seedling substrate by high temperature fermentation treatment, and changes wastes into wealth, and turns harm into good. The invention has a low production cost, a light weight and complete nutrients such that it is suitable for growth and development for vegetable seedlings, and is a good substrate for soilless culture industrialized tray seedling for vegetables.

Hydroponic growing enclosure and method for the fabrication of animal feed grass from seed

A self-contained hydroponic growing enclosure and method for the fabrication of animal feed grass from seed is described. The enclosure is a self-contained enclosure which is insulated and which can be transported or assembled on site and which is independent of outside climatic conditions. Seed is stored in an isolated portion of the enclosure and fed to germination tanks in predetermined quantities where the seeds are germinated for a predetermined period of time. The tanks are then drained of their iodine-treated water and the germinated seeds are placed in predetermined quantities onto trays which are placed at an inlet end of a racking system. Trays are removed with grown grass at a harvest outlet end of the racking system in the same sequence as they are placed at the inlet end, so that there is a continuous daily supply of feed grass. Light walls are provided on opposed sides of the racking system to illuminate the beds. Conditioned air is also convected through the racking system from the inlet end to the outlet harvest end and the air flow distributes carbon dioxide generated in an inlet end section by the germinating seed grain, over the entire growing beds. The beds are also sprayed with water and the air flow is reconditioned by an air conditioning unit, filtered to remove bacteria and recirculated through the racking system. More specifically, the production system uses feed-quality barley for growing in tray beds to produce approximately 2,200 pounds of feed grass per day in a 7-day cycle from seed to feed.

The invention discloses a rock slope ecological protection afforestation substrate. The substrate is prepared by evenly mixing a mixture of mixed and fermented straw, cattle manure, edible fungus refuse (the waste after the edible fungus production), sludge and organic matter fibers, compound fertilizer, a soil moisture holding agent, a binding agent, attapulgite powder and a pH regulator. The rock slope ecological protection afforestation substrate is used to carry out the spray seeding and greening on the exposed rock slope, the discarded mine and the mountain gap, and can maximally restore the vegetation ecology in a shorter period, thereby reaching the aims of afforestation and slope protection. The substrate can supply a reasonable physical structure and nutrient contents needed by the growth of the vegetation, and ensure the sufficient cohesion force between the substrate mixture on the slope surface and the rock slope so as to ensure that the vegetation on the slope surface can take root and grow well on the rock slope. The substrate can ensure the stability of the substrate mixture on the slope surface so as to resist the rain erosion. The substrate can rapidly seal the slope surface and prevent the slope surface from flaking off due to efflorescence together with the vegetation.
