The invention discloses an extracting method of aloe polysaccharides, and the application thereof in cigarettes, wherein, the extracting method comprises the following steps: (1) fresh aloe leaves are crushed, centrifuged and filtered to obtain pure aloe raw juice; (2) after going through the steps of microwave extraction, centrifugal separation and concentration, water is added into alcohol, mixed, rested and filtered and crude aloe polysaccharides is obtained by settlement collection; (3) the filtrate goes through a nanofiltration membrane and an ultrafiltration membrane respectivcely for nanofiltration and ultrafiltration and then is frozen and dried; and (4) after being dissolved by water, the aloe polysaccharides is applied to tobacco shreds during a feeding process in a spraying manner so as to improve the moisturizing effect of the cigarettes; when being smoked, the dry sensation of the cigarettes is reduced, no undesirable odor exists in the smoke and the saliva of smokers is enriched.
