A wettable powder is an insecticide or other pesticide formulation consisting of the active ingredient in a finely ground state combined with wetting agents and sometimes bulking agents. Wettable powders are designed to be applied as a dilute suspension through liquid spraying equipment. As wettable powders are not mixed with water until immediately before use, storing and transporting the products may be simplified as the weight and volume of the water is avoided. Wettable powders may be supplied in bulk or in measured sachets made from water-soluble film to simplify premixing and reduce operator exposure to the product.

Insecticidal composition containing thiacloprid amide and biogenic insecticide

The invention discloses an insecticidal composition containing thiacloprid amide and a biogenic insecticide. The biogenic insecticide is selected from avermectin, emamectin benzoate, spinosad or spinetoram, and the ratio by weight of the thiacloprid amide to the biogenic insecticide is 1:40-40:1. The composition can be prepared into a dosage form which is agriculturally acceptable, such as water dispersible granules, wettable powder, a suspending agent, a dispersible oil suspending agent, a microcapsule suspending agent, missible oil or a micro emulsifier. The insecticidal composition has reasonable ingredients, great insecticide effect and low chemical cost. The activity and the insecticidal effect of the insecticidal composition are not just the simple sum of the activity and the insecticidal effect of all ingredients. Compared with the traditional single preparation, the insecticidal composition not only has remarkable insecticidal effect, but also has remarkable synergistic function, mitigates resistance generation, has small preparation residual quantity and high safety, does not pollute crops and meets the safety requirements of agricultural pesticide preparations. The insecticidal composition disclosed by the invention has better control effects on rice stem borers, vegetable plutella xylostella, beet armyworms, cotton bollworms and apple olethreutid.

The present invention is related to a formulation based on (i) micronized natural calcite mineral (MC) of particles size from 500 nm to 5 μm, which contains variable amounts of calcite (CaCO3), dolomite [CaMg (CO3)2], ankerite [Ca (Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn) (CO3)2], and quartz (SiO2); (ii) micronized zeolite of particles size from 500 nm to 5 μm, of general formula (Mn+) x/n [(AlO2) x (SiO2) y].mH2O (MZ) wherein Me=Na, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu; whereas ratio of silicon to aluminum, y:x is between 1:1 to >10:1; whilst m is number of crystalline water molecules which can be from 0 to >20; and of (iii) one or more additives which, with components (i) and (ii), yiled in the final form of the formulation suitable for practical use: powder; wettable powder; concentrate for suspension; or granules; and/or which enhance basic biological actions of (i). The applications of the formulation result in the following effects: more effective stimulation of photosynthetic process in plants; more efficient stimulation of plant growth; enhanced viability of plants to stresses and diseases; improved absorption of nutrients from calcite mineral itself; improved absorption of nutrients applied through the soil; and especially, increased crop yields.

Environment friendly novel dosage form of nitenpyram composition

The invention relates to a composition of novel nicotinamide insecticide nitenpyram. The preparation of the composition is a binary composition containing nitenpyram and the other insecticide. The other insecticide is buprofezin, pymetrozine, chlorpyrifos, thiamethoxam, fipronil, thiacloprid, dinotefuran, and the like.
