The invention belongs to the technical field of industrial
sewage treatment, and particularly relates to a membrane
wastewater treatment method which comprises the following steps: S1, starting a lifting pump of a
wastewater adjusting tank, and opening an adjusting valve when
water flow is detected; s2, hydrolyzing and acidifying macromolecular organic matters in the
wastewater in an anaerobic section; s3, the
activated sludge settles in the
sludge area, and part of the
activated sludge flows back to the
anaerobic reactor of the
system; s4, the
denitrification biological filter is filled with ceramsite filler with high specific surface area, and a three-dimensional
biological membrane is formed in the whole filling area; s5, by means of
ozone, active free radicals with high oxidation capacity are generated through a physical or chemical means; s6,
activated carbon with the particle size of 0.6-0.8 mm is used as filter filler; s7, adding
chemical agents of iron series and aluminum series into the high-density
sedimentation tank, and reducing
suspended solids and
turbidity of
effluent through the V-shaped filter tank; and S8, the
water vapor cleaning time is prolonged, and the exhaust time is prolonged after cleaning is completed. According to the method,
biochemistry is mainly utilized, and composite diversified biochemical treatment is developed in an integrated manner, so that the
emission limit value of the discharged water reaches the standard.
