The application discloses a
sludge directional
hydroxyl radical wall-breaking
drying and deodorization method and
system, and belongs to the technical field of
sludge harmless and resourceful treatment. The application generates hydroxyl radicals in-situ in a
sludge system by nano-catalytic
coupling with a weak
electric field, and makes the hydroxyl radicals preferentially act on microbial
cell walls and malodorous substances by precisely controlling the concentration of the hydroxyl radicals, the reaction time and the pH of the
system, so that
cell wall breaking, water releasing,
dehydration drying and source deodorization are realized. Meanwhile, the deep oxidation and mineralization of macromolecular
organic matter are inhibited, and the organic
carbon source and
nutrient components are maximally reserved. The
moisture content of the treated sludge is significantly reduced, the sludge is odorless, the
organic matter retention rate is greater than or equal to 85%, and the sludge can be directly connected with
anaerobic digestion, aerobic
fermentation composting or
land improvement utilization. The application has the characteristics of fast treatment speed, low
energy consumption, no secondary
pollution and strong resource connection, solves the problems of long cycle of traditional processes, malodorous emission and
organic matter loss caused by excessive oxidation, and is suitable for efficient pretreatment of high-organic sludge such as municipal sludge and food sludge.
