This invention relates to the field of
agricultural machinery technology, and provides an integrated
machine for recycling
drip irrigation tape and
mulch film. The
machine includes a walking mechanism and connected to the walking mechanism: a floating film stubble-breaking mechanism, comprising a rotatable rotary
tiller and a stubble-breaking blade. The rotary
tiller acts on the soil layer to float the film, while the stubble-breaking blade crushes
crop stubble; a film-lifting mechanism, located downstream of the floating film stubble-breaking mechanism, for collecting and conveying the mixture of film, stubble, and soil crushed by the floating film stubble-breaking mechanism; a film-
impurity separation mechanism, located downstream of the film-lifting mechanism, for separating the
mulch film from the mixture; a
mulch film collection mechanism, located downstream of the film-
impurity separation mechanism, for collecting the mulch film separated by the film-
impurity separation mechanism; and a
drip irrigation tape winding mechanism, for winding up the
drip irrigation tape while the walking mechanism is moving. This design allows for the simultaneous recycling of both drip
irrigation tape and mulch film waste in a single field visit, improving field operation efficiency, reducing overall recycling costs, and increasing the purity of the recycled mulch film.
