Application of zineb in the preparation of ERK inhibitors
This invention belongs to the field of biomedical technology, specifically disclosing the application of mancozeb in the preparation of ERK inhibitors. Through zebrafish embryo models and HEK293T cell experiments, this invention demonstrates that mancozeb can specifically inhibit the MAPK / ERK pathway as an ERK inhibitor, and that at concentrations of 2μM to 8μM, it can induce a three-dimensional spiral notochord malformation in zebrafish embryos similar to that caused by 100μM U0126 treatment, providing a new approach for the preparation of MAPK / ERK pathway inhibitors.
