disease-resistant
gene NbSTOMR and application thereof in improving the
disease resistance of plants and preventing and controlling diseases, the sequence of a
protein coded by the
gene is shown as SEQ ID NO.2, and the
nucleotide sequence of the coded
protein is shown as SEQ ID NO.1. Molecular genetic experiments show that after the NbSTOMR gene is knocked out from tobacco,
cell death and reactive
oxygen generation induced by the
pathogen-related molecular mode STOM are remarkably weakened, and the NbSTOMR is considered to be a mode recognition
receptor for recognizing the
pathogen-related molecular mode STOM. Importantly, the
disease resistance of a tobacco knockout body (nbstomr) of the NbSTOMR gene to
sclerotinia sclerotiorum is remarkably weakened, and the disease resistance of the Bensi tobacco to
sclerotinia sclerotiorum is remarkably enhanced by expressing the gene. Therefore, the NbSTOMR provided by the invention is a disease-resistant related mode recognition
receptor in the tobacco, can improve the disease resistance of the tobacco to
sclerotinia sclerotiorum, and can be applied to disease-resistant breeding of the tobacco.
