monitoring system for cutter wear of a full-water-covering complex changeable stratum, and belongs to the technical field of intelligent monitoring of shield construction, the automatic
monitoring system comprises a sensing layer, a transmission layer, a platform layer and an
application layer which are connected in sequence, and the sensing layer collects multi-
source data such as cutter operation, cutter head panel wear and working condition parameters; the transmission layer performs edge preprocessing on the data and then transmits the data to the platform layer through an anti-interference double link; the platform layer eliminates interference such as muddy water
corrosion, scouring and temperature drift through
coupling abrasion calibration, calculates the real
cutting abrasion amount of a cutter, accurately recognizes the fault type of the cutter by fusing multi-source state features, further evaluates the health state of the cutter in combination with cutter panel abrasion data, and generates a multi-scene linkage management and control strategy. And the
application layer is used for visual display and early warning. According to the invention, the interference of a full-water-covering severe muddy
water environment on
monitoring data is effectively overcome, and high-precision monitoring and
intelligent management and control of the health state of the shield cutter head and the cutter are realized.
