According to the preparation method of piperonyl butoxide, the dihydrosassafras oil, acetyl chloride and trioxymethylene are subjected to chloromethylation reaction in the presence of a small amount of concentrated hydrochloric acid, so that the use of a large amount of concentrated hydrochloric acid in the traditional process is avoided, and the problem of waste acid generated in the chloromethylation reaction process is solved; and meanwhile, the content of piperonyl butoxide in the product can be increased, and the content of piperonyl butoxide is ensured to be greater than 98%.

The present application relates to the technical field of pesticides, and aims to solve the problem of how to improve the insecticidal effect of high-efficiency cypermethrin on aphids resistant to the pesticide, and discloses an active oxygen responsive nano-piperonyl butoxide synergist compound and application thereof in synergizing the control effect of high-efficiency cypermethrin on aphids.
