The composition comprises an active component A and an active component B in a weight ratio of (1: 20)-(20: 1), the active ingredient A is afluthrin; and the active ingredient B is any one selected from the group consisting of cyprosulfuron, flubendiamide and polyflubendiamide. The binary composition provided by the invention not only solves the problem of resistance of bed bugs to pyrethroid, but also improves the pesticide effect and pesticide effect stability of the composition through the synergistic interaction among the active components, and has the characteristics of high efficiency, low toxicity, environmental friendliness and the like. The binary composition is suitable for preventing and treating bugs in indoor activity places such as families, carriages, hotels, factory dormitories and the like.
