The invention provides a water-based PVDF coated separator for lithium ion batteries, and belongs to the technical field of battery separators. The water-based PVDF coated separator comprises a basal membrane, wherein coating slurry is adhered to one side or both sides of the basal membrane, and the coating slurry is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 10-15% of water-based PVDF powder, 3-6% of an acroleic acid adhesive, 0.2-0.5% of a fluorocarbon surfactant and a cellulose ether dispersing agent, 0.04-0.06% of agaroidin, 0.04-0.08% of dimethyl phthalate, 0.04-0.08% of trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 0.5-2% of a CMC solution and the balance of deionized water. The invention also provides a preparation method of the water-based PVDF coated separator for lithium ion batteries. The water-based PVDF coated battery separator has higher safety like that brought by a ceramic coated separator, and also can resist high temperature, decrease the shrinkage of the separator in high-temperature conditions and increase the overall life time of a battery. The preparation method provided by the invention provides a relatively mature and efficient process for preparing the water-based PVDF coated separator for lithium ion batteries, has a higher degree of automation in operation and obviously improves the production efficiency of separators.

The invention discloses a bacillus strain capable of efficiently degrading DMP (dimethyl phthalate), a culture method and application thereof to remediation of soil PAEs (phthalic acid esters) pollution. A strain QD-9-10 which grows by mainly taking DMP as a carbon source is separated and identified from black soil covered with mulching films for a long term by adopting inorganic salt culture medium. According to morphological characteristic observation of a colony and 16SrDNA base sequence determination and homological analysis, the identification result of the bacterium is that QD-9-10 belongs to Bacillus subtilis. According to results of orthogonal experiments, the optimum culture method of the strain QD-9-10 is to perform culture by adopt inorganic salt culture medium under culture conditions that pH is 8.0, temperature is 35DEG C and shaking speed is 150rpm and DMP initial concentration is 100mg L<-1>, and biomass reaches the maximum at 32h. In addition, according to substrate utilization tests, the strain QD-9-10 can also utilize other common PAEs. Accordingly, the Bacillus subtilis QD-9-10 strain has a capability of degrading DMP and other common PAEs, and has a certain application prospect in aspects of degrading PAEs pollutants and remedying soil PAEs pollution.

The method comprises the steps of 1) performing discharging and shell disassembly on the waste lithium titanate battery to separate a pole plate, placing the waste lithium titanate battery in a separation pool, and performing heating and impregnation so that an electrode material and a current collector are separated, wherein a solvent in the separation pool is a mixed solvent formed from N-methyl pyrrolidone, dimethyl phthalate and acetone according to a mass ratio being (5-0.5):(5-0.1):(2-0.1); 2) performing solid-liquid separation on the lithium titanate battery material paste of which the current collector is separated; 3) sintering a mixture, and removing a conductive carbon material; 4) uniformly mixing the lithium titanate material, a conductive coating agent, a doping agent and a lithium salt material, and ball-milling the mixture to nanoscale by a wet method; 5) performing spray granulation on the nanometer lithium titanate mixed paste; 6) performing high-temperature calcination on a lithium titanate precursor; and 7) smashing the lithium titanate material, and performing inflation and package. The recycle method provided by the invention is controllable in process and low in cost, and industrialization can be achieved.

The prepared synthetic leather is good in hydrolysis resistance performance. The surface of the synthetic leather is not chalked, peel resistance strength attenuates less than 10% after the synthetic leather is soaked in 10% NaOH solution at 25 DEG C for 24 hours, color contrast property is good, and velvet feel is strong. The method has the advantages of being fast and even in solidification rate when used for preparing nubuck, easy for vertical finger-shaped bubble holes to form, good in moisture-penetrability, strong in surface velvet feel after buffed, good in color contrast property, high in hydrolysis resistance and peel strength and the like.
