The present invention discloses a special onion
preservative which is composed of the following materials (parts by weight): 22 parts of tea leaves, 23 parts of
propolis, 22 parts of dried tangerine peels, 19 parts of konjac, 19 parts of
forsythia suspensa, 9 parts of chitosans, 20 parts of
lotus leaves, 4 parts of butylated hydroxy
anisole, 7 parts of
vitamin E, 8 parts of vanilla
amide, 11 parts of rosemary, 10 parts of
salvia japonica, 9 parts of sorbitols, 10 parts of maltitols, 4 parts of xylitols, 18 parts of
sesame oil, 20 parts of
rice bran oil, 3 parts of cephalins, 3 parts of polylysines, 3 parts of cinnamic acids, 3 parts of beta-cyclodextrins, 2 parts of
sodium diacetate, 2 parts of
sorbic acid, 6 parts of
glycerol monocaprylate and 5 parts of
dimethyl fumarate. The special onion
preservative can effectively reduce
adhesive rate of the
preservative to achieve lower residues, at the same time the
toxicity of the preservative is much lower than the existing commercial products, and thus the preservative is suitable for the need of a large-scale industrial production.
