The invention relates to light-cured 3D printing glass and a preparation method thereof. The light-cured 3D printing glass is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 65-70wt% of micro-nano glass
powder and 30-35wt% of a resin
raw material, wherein the resin is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 40 to 55 percent of
hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA), 25 to 40 percent of
bisphenol A diacrylate, 13 to 25 percent of 1, 6-hexanediol diacrylic acid (HDDA), 3 to 10 percent of
diethyl phthalate (DEP), 0.5 to 2.5 percent of phenyl bis (2, 4, 6-trimethylbenzoyl)
phosphine oxide and 0.3 to 1.5 percent of dispersing agent; wherein the ratio of HEMA to
bisphenol A diacrylate is defined as 1: 0.45-1: 1, the ratio of
bisphenol A diacrylate to HDA is defined as 1: 0.3-1: 0.9, and the ratio of HDA to DEP is defined as 1: 0.15-1: 0.7. The light-cured 3D printing glass
slurry has the advantages that after the light-cured 3D printing glass
slurry prepared by the invention is printed and sintered by a DLP method, the glass density is greater than or equal to 96%, the curing
shrinkage rate is less than or equal to 4%, the
shrinkage rate after
sintering is less than or equal to 15%, the bending strength reaches up to 110 MPa, and the
transmittance is greater than or equal to 85%.
