443 results about "Diethyl phthalate" patented technology

Diethyl phthalate (DEP) is a phthalate ester, namely the diethyl ester of phthalic acid. It is a clear substance that is liquid at room temperature and is only slightly denser than liquid water. It has a faint, disagreeable odor and can be transferred from the plastics that contain it. When burned, DEP produces toxic gases.

Flotation process for silicon-calcium mixed collophanite containing organic carbon

The invention discloses a flotation decarburization and direct and reverse flotation process for silicon-calcium mixed collophanite containing organic carbon. The mass percentage of the organic carbon in the silicon-calcium mixed collophanite ranges from 1% to 10%. The flotation process includes sequentially performing flotation decarburization, direct flotation desiliconization and reverse flotation magnesium removal. A flotation decarburization technology includes adding water into the silicon-calcium mixed collophanite containing the organic carbon and crushing and grinding the silicon-calcium mixed collophanite containing the organic carbon to obtain ore pulp with the mass concentration ranging from 20% to 40%; adding collecting agents and foaming agents into the ore pulp and mixing the ore pulp, the collecting agents and the foaming agents with one another; stirring and regulating the pulp and performing flotation on the ore pulp by the aid of a flotation machine to obtain foam products which are tailings containing carbon; implementing a direct flotation desiliconization technology on products in tanks; then sequentially implementing direct and reverse flotation on the products. The flotation decarburization and direct and reverse flotation process has the advantages that organic carbon gangue can be eliminated by means of flotation implemented by the aid of the anionic fatty acid collecting agents and the diethyl phthalate foaming agents, accordingly the content of the organic carbon in the ore pulp can be reduced, consumption of the collecting agents can be decreased, the high quantity of direct flotation foam can be reduced, and the flotation selectivity can be improved.

Synthesis and applications of trapezoid condensed polycyclic conjugation semiconductor molecules and polymers

The invention relates to small molecules and polymers which have a linear polycyclic conjugation structure and are condensed together, a synthesis method thereof, and applications thereof as a semiconductor active material on organic filed effect triodes, organic solar energy batteries, and other organic electronic devices. The synthesis method of the compounds with such structure comprises following steps: taking 2,5-dibromo-1,4-diethyl phthalate and condensed heterocyclic conjugation molecules as the primary raw material, then subjecting the primary materials to carry out cross-coupling to form a conjugation molecule intermediate containing four ester groups, then subjecting the ester groups to react with an organic lithium reagent so as to generate an intermediate with four alcohol groups, and finally subjecting the intermediate with four alcohol groups to carry out four ring-closure reactions under the acidic condition so as to obtain a highly-conjugated trapezoid polycyclic structure. The molecules with this structure can directly be used as a molecule type organic semiconductor material and can be used as a monomer synthesis polymer semiconductor material. These materials have an excellent organic solvent solubility, a solution processing property, and a high light, heat, and voltage stability. The organic field effect triode prepared by the materials has a charge transfer rate more than 0.8 cm2/Vs, and has a potential application prospect on the field of organic electronics.

High-tensile strength sponge and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a high-tensile strength sponge and a preparation method thereof. In order to solve the problems that an existing market sponge has low tensile strength and cannot satisfy special requirements, the high-tensile strength sponge disclosed by the invention is prepared from a component A and a component B, wherein the component A includes the following materials in parts by weight: 67-90 parts of polyether polyol DEP (Diethyl Phthalate)-560D, 5-30 parts of polymer polyol POP(Polyolefin Plastomer) 45, 3-5 parts of tensile agent MU100, 0.01-0.03 part of light stabilizer, 2.5-3.3 parts of water, 0.8-1.2 parts of foam stabilizer AK6689, 0.24-0.29 part of amine catalyst A33 and 0.18-0.25 part of tin catalyst T9; the component B includes 34-40 parts of isocyanate. The preparation method of the high-tensile strength sponge comprises the following steps of: adding the materials of the component A to a stirrer for uniformly mixing; adjusting the constant material temperature of the component A to 23 DEG C -27 DEG C; adjusting the rotation speed of the stirrer to 7000r / min; pouring the component B which is pre-heated to 23 DEG C-27 DEG C to the component A for stirring for 8 seconds; pouring the mixture to a pre-mould, observing the foaming condition, and curing for 24 hours after initiating; and testing the performances. The high-tensile strength sponge disclosed by the invention has higher tensile strength than that of the common sponge, and can satisfy the requirements of some special products.
